Scope and legal basis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This policy applies to anyone visiting or using our website, requesting a quote, making an appointment, signing up for our communications, or ordering our shoe, bag, cap and leather sofa maintenance and repair services. <br>The processing described is based, as applicable, on the following legal grounds: performance of a contract (provision of services), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), legal obligation, legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and compliance with a public right or interest where applicable (in accordance with Cameroonian law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data collected and purposes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We only collect data that is necessary for the following purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Contact and contractual data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Types<\/strong>: surname, first name, postal address, email address, telephone number, billing information, order history and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Purposes<\/strong>: order and service management, appointment scheduling, invoicing, after-sales service, communication relating to the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Communication and marketing data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Types<\/strong>: email address, WhatsApp number, communication preferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Finalit\u00e9s<\/strong> : envoi d\u2019informations commerciales, offres, newsletter \u2014 uniquement sur la base du consentement pr\u00e9alable ou selon le cadre l\u00e9gal applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Technical and navigation data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Types<\/strong>: IP address (anonymised or limited), cookie data, server logs, browser type, pages viewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Purposes<\/strong>: site security, technical diagnostics, improving user experience, analytics. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the \u2018Cookies\u2019 section.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 Sensitive data<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not intend to collect special categories of data (racial origin, health data, political opinions, etc.). If, exceptionally, such data were to be provided, we would seek explicit consent and implement enhanced protection measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donn\u00e9es contractuelles et facturation : conserv\u00e9es pendant la dur\u00e9e n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du contrat puis selon les obligations l\u00e9gales (comptables, fiscales).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact and marketing data: retained until consent is revoked or a request for deletion is made, subject to legal obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Browsing data and logs: stored for limited periods (e.g. 6 to 24 months) depending on usage (analytics, security), then deleted or anonymised. Specific durations may vary depending on the purpose and applicable legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data sharing and recipients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not sell your data. International data transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any transfer of data outside Cameroon shall only take place if appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decision or agreement of the competent authority) to ensure a level of protection in accordance with Cameroonian law.
