Any order, appointment or use of the website implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Scope of application and contractualisation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, customers, and visitors to the website, whether they are consumers or professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An order or appointment booking constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and forms a contract between the customer and CLEAN UP. Contractual information is confirmed by email or message, and the Services commence in accordance with the agreed terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Offers, quotations and orders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Offers<\/strong> : The descriptions of Services, prices and availability shown on the website are indicative and may be changed without notice. Offers are subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quotation<\/strong> : For personalised services, a written quotation may be provided. The quotation specifies the nature of the service, the deadlines, the price and the terms and conditions of performance. The quotation accepted by the customer constitutes a contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Online order<\/strong> : The order is considered final after payment has been validated (if applicable) and a confirmation email has been sent by CLEAN UP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices, taxes and payment terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Prices<\/strong> : Prices are quoted in CFA francs (XAF) and exclude transport costs unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are displayed where required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Payment<\/strong> : Accepted methods (card, mobile money, cash in store) are specified at the time of ordering. Full or partial payment may be required before the Services are performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Late payment<\/strong> : In the event of non-payment by the agreed due dates, CLEAN UP reserves the right to suspend the provision of Services and\/or apply penalties in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Deadlines, completion and return of goods<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Deadlines<\/strong> : The deadlines announced are indicative. CLEAN UP will make reasonable efforts to meet them but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Receipt of goods<\/strong> : The customer shall return the goods (shoes, bags, etc.) in their usual condition; any pre-existing damage must be reported before collection. A descriptive report may be drawn up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Return<\/strong> : Goods are returned to the customer according to the agreed terms (collection from branch, delivery). Delivery times may vary for logistical reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Warranties, liability and exclusions\nText<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Reasonable results guarantee<\/strong> : CLEAN UP undertakes to provide Services in accordance with best practices and professional standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Limitation of liability<\/strong>: To the extent permitted by law, CLEAN UP's liability for direct damage is limited to the amount invoiced for the service concerned. CLEAN UP is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Special cases<\/strong>: For certain very fragile materials, extensive restoration work or unreported previous alterations, CLEAN UP will inform the customer of the risks and may refuse to carry out the work or provide a specific quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Insurance<\/strong> : Customers are advised to ensure that their goods are insured against all risks during transport and the collection period, if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Cancellation, delay, non-compliance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cancellation by the customer<\/strong> : Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service and are specified at the time of booking. Fees may apply if the cancellation is made late or if costs have already been incurred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Non-compliance<\/strong> : The customer must report any non-compliance or complaint within a reasonable period of time after return. CLEAN UP will examine the complaint and propose a correction, replacement or, if necessary, a partial refund in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Absence at the time of delivery\/collection<\/strong> : The customer may be charged for the cost of redelivery or storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual property<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All content on this website (text, images, logos, trademarks, graphics) is the property of CLEAN UP or used under licence. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of CLEAN UP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Personal data and privacy<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleanupatelier.com\/en\/privacy\/\" target=\"_self\">www.cleanupatelier.com\/privacy<\/a> (or at the address accessible via the website). The customer agrees to the processing of their data necessary for the performance of the contract, invoicing, customer relations and, subject to their consent, marketing activities. Force majeure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neither party shall be held liable for any breach resulting from a force majeure event as defined by applicable law and case law. Obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. If the impediment lasts beyond a reasonable period, either party may terminate the contract without compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Termination and suspension<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CLEAN UP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any order or service in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, abusive behaviour, fraudulent information or non-payment. Termination shall not affect any acquired rights and shall not exempt the customer from paying any sums due.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Compensation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer undertakes to indemnify CLEAN UP against any claim, damage, loss or cost resulting from improper use of the Services, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Changes to terms and conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CLEAN UP peut modifier les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions \u00e0 tout moment. Les modifications seront publi\u00e9es sur le site avec une nouvelle date de mise \u00e0 jour. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Douala, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, who may refer the matter to the competent judicial authority provided for by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Miscellaneous provisions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Partial invalidity<\/strong>: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Entire Agreement<\/strong>: These Terms and Conditions, together with any contractual document referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Language<\/strong>: These Terms and Conditions are written in English.
