CLEAN UP attaches great importance to protecting the personal data of visitors and customers to its website www.cleanupatelier.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, how we secure it, how we share it, and how you can exercise your rights in accordance with Law No. 2024/017 of 23rd December 2024 on the protection of personal data in Cameroon.

2. Scope and legal basis
This policy applies to anyone visiting or using our website, requesting a quote, making an appointment, signing up for our communications, or ordering our shoe, bag, cap and leather sofa maintenance and repair services.
The processing described is based, as applicable, on the following legal grounds: performance of a contract (provision of services), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), legal obligation, legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and compliance with a public right or interest where applicable (in accordance with Cameroonian law).

We only collect data that is necessary for the following purposes.
3.1 Contact and contractual data

3.4 Sensitive data

- data access control based on the principle of least privilege ;
- regular backups, monitoring, and access logs ;

Our subcontractors are required to implement security measures that are at least equivalent.
9. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them
In accordance with Cameroonian law, you have the following rights :
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and receive a copy of the data.
- Right of rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) : request the deletion of your data when the legal conditions are met.
- Right to restriction of processing : request the suspension of processing in certain cases.
- Right to portability : receive your transferable data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object : object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation or for marketing purposes.
- Right to withdraw your consent : where processing is based on consent, withdrawing that consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint : lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Cameroon.
